For many years I used this site to campaign for what now is www.BAILII.org. Then I published summaries of the incredible flurry of changes to CPR, latterly it was an experimental headnoting facility derived from cases as they are published on www.bailii.org, which I co-founded. It started that in July 2010, and I did it until about the end of 2011. The material remains here in case it is still of use. I may re-start the noting, but it became too time-consuming and there appears to be no sensible or proportionate way of charging for the effort. To those who came to rely on this, I am sorry.
